How much
does TRT cost?
At Bramwell, testosterone replacement therapy starts at $75/month. Labs are around $75 when needed. Your actual cost depends on your treatment plan—not just the starting price.
What you can
budget for.
| Item | Current information |
|---|---|
| TRT | Starts at $75/month |
| Physician consultation | Free |
| Labs, when needed | Approximately $75 at Labcorp |
| Insurance | Not accepted |
| HSA payment | Accepted |
The starting price is not an all-inclusive quote. Before committing, confirm the cost of your specific prescription, follow-up care and any testing, and which charges are included or separate.
New labs are not always needed before treatment. Your treating physician decides whether and when testing is needed based on your evaluation and available information. The approximate lab price is not a fixed quote for every panel or a promise about testing frequency. See the hub’s lab-testing answer.
A monthly price
is only part of it.
When comparing TRT providers, ask for a written breakdown of the same items. A lower headline price is not necessarily a lower total cost if other charges are separate.
- Prescription: What medication and quantity does the quote cover? Are supplies or shipping separate?
- Physician care: Which visits, check-ins or prescription changes are included? What costs extra?
- Testing: What tests does the physician recommend, where are they done, and how are they billed?
- Billing terms: When are you charged, and what are the cancellation or refund terms?
These are questions to ask, not a list of confirmed Bramwell inclusions. Compare the plan recommended for you rather than assuming every advertised program provides the same care.
Know how
you’ll pay.
Bramwell does not accept insurance. Budget for direct payment rather than an insurance copay. This guide does not promise reimbursement from your insurer.
Bramwell accepts health savings account (HSA) payment. Payment acceptance and tax eligibility are different: the IRS allows tax-free HSA distributions for qualified medical expenses incurred after the account is established. That does not make every charge automatically eligible.
Keep your receipts and confirm the rules for your particular expense with your HSA administrator or tax adviser. The IRS also requires records showing that qualified expenses were not already paid or reimbursed from another source.
Bring these
four questions.
- What would my recommended plan cost, and what does that price include?
- Do I need labs now, and what would this specific order cost?
- What follow-up should I expect, and could it change my costs?
- How does billing work if my plan changes or I stop treatment?
A free physician consultation is a chance to discuss both suitability and cost. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Treatment decisions are individualized; price alone should not determine the care you choose.
