Welcome to Bramwell. We're Dr. Bell Health, LLC, and these Terms of Service govern your use of our website and telemedicine services. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Informational Use Only

The content on this site is here to inform and educate. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. What you read here doesn't replace a conversation with your own healthcare provider.

3. No Physician-Patient Relationship

Simply browsing this site doesn't create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Bramwell, Dr. Bell Health, LLC, or any of our physicians. That relationship begins only after you complete our intake, speak with a licensed physician, and the physician agrees to treat you.

4. Telehealth Services

Bramwell delivers care through telemedicine in partnership with Elevis Medical Group, an independent network of licensed physicians. We currently serve patients in 44 states — counting Washington, D.C. Some services may not be available everywhere due to state regulations, and availability is confirmed when you book.

To use our telehealth services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Be physically located in a state where we operate
Give us accurate and complete health information
Have a compatible device with internet access
Agree to our HIPAA Privacy Policy

5. Your Responsibilities

When you use our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your account credentials private
Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Everything on this site—text, graphics, logos, images, and software—belongs to Dr. Bell Health, LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or display any content without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
