No Surprises
How the 50% works
We split profit, not gross revenue — that way we can keep the lights on and keep the quality high. From each patient's payment, we first cover three things:
The medical group's fee
Roughly 20% — what it costs to have our physicians on staff.
Hard costs
Labs, medications, and compounding pharmacy fees.
Payment processing
The processing fees on each transaction.
Whatever's left, we split with you 50/50, every time, for as long as they're a patient. Exact numbers vary since every plan is custom — but the split is always the same.
